- The post-evangelical church section of the Museum is open to individual visitors and groups from 1 May to 30 September: Tuesday to Sunday, 10 am – 6 pm, and from 1 October to 30 April: Monday to Friday 8 am – 4 pm, and 10 am – 4 pm on selected Sundays, as specified on the website.
- The tower can be visited only in groups accompanied by a Museum employee.
- The tower can be entered every hour on the hour from 1 May to 30 September: Tuesday to Sunday, 11 am – 5 pm and from 1 October to 30 April: Monday to Friday 9 am – 3 pm and on selected Sundays from 11 am to 3 pm.
- Due to fire safety considerations, a maximum of 50 people can enter the tower at a time.
- Tower visitors must strictly comply with the Museum employee’s instructions and suggestions.
- Organised groups must bring 1 chaperone per every 15 group members, who will be responsible for them throughout the tour of the museum. The chaperone bears responsibility for the results of the behaviour of the group members.
- Children and teenagers aged 17 years and below can enter the tower only in the company of adults.
- Visitors whose behaviour suggests effects of alcohol or drugs will not be admitted.
- It is forbidden to:
- Visitors should wear appropriate footwear with flat soles to ensure a safe ascent and descent from the tower.
- The elderly and people with health conditions should be particularly careful, as the tower of Człuchów Castle is 46 metres high.
- The lift in the Museum can be used by disabled and elderly visitors only.
- Due to safety considerations, disabled visitors should be accompanied by 2 carers.
- Visitors ascending the tower by the brick stairs should exercise particular care due to the narrow passageway, steep incline and low ceiling. It is forbidden to descend the tower using this stairway.
- Visitors who disrupt public order or disobey these regulations will be asked to leave the building.
- All injuries and accidents resulting from a failure to comply with these regulations shall be the responsibility of the injured.
- Particular caution is advised when visiting the castle courtyard, as its cobblestone surface is uneven.
- On Tuesdays, the permanent exhibitions at the Regional Museum in Człuchów, except the castle tower, can be visited free of charge. Free admission is possible after collecting a free ticket from the ticket office.
- Entering the Museum implies acceptance of these regulations.

- b) drop any objects from the tower,
- c) smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol or use drugs,
- d) carry and consume food,
- e) bring any pets or animals,
- f) use mobile phones,
- g) write on the walls.
